In Belgium, the law of 19 July 1991 strictly defines and governs the detective profession.

There are no preferential rights, no special privileges, and no deviations from current legislation that favour the detective profession compared with the ordinary citizen.

We are proud of our record of not committing any breaches with respect to the privacy of individuals, the protection of the right to pictures, as well as to penalties in the matter of the prohibitions regarding corruption of officials, usurpation of offices and titles, and the like …

Founded in 2003, the BruCIS agency has accumulated almost 15 years of experience as well as considerable know-how and is recognised by many corporate executives and legal professionals. Our clients are given regular progress reports throughout the investigations. At the end of the assignment, we prepare and submit a precisely detailed investigation report, supplemented if necessary by photographs / videos and / or supporting documents.
