Regulation
In Belgium, the law of 19 July 1991 strictly defines and governs the private investigator profession.
There are no preferential rights, no special privileges, and no deviations from current legislation that favour the investigator profession compared with the ordinary citizen.
There are no mysteries, the best investigator is the one who knows where and how to ferret out the pertinent information, who possesses the knowledge of honest and legal means on how to achieve effective results.
