Our methods

In order to be able to guarantee total confidentiality in the matter of assignments, our agency works with closed offices and exclusively by appointment. No assignment will ever be accepted merely on the basis of a telephone request.

Any initial consultation is completely free of charge. It may be conducted at our offices or at any other location as is suitable to the client.

In the course of this initial consultation, the client will be able to give us the details of the issue at hand. At this stage, we will determine the legality of the issue.

Next, we shall define a modus operandi, the number of people to be employed, the technical resources, and the budget. The latter will always be calculated in keeping with the extent of the assignment.

Finally, we will draw up a suitable contract for the assignment, in pursuance of the law of 19 July 1991 that regulates the profession of detectives in Belgium.

Following the signing of the contract and the payment of a retainer, a time schedule and planning for the assignment will be worked out with the client.

In the course of the investigation, we like to keep our clients informed of the way their business is progressing. On request, interim reports may be drawn up.

On completion of the assignment, a detailed final report will be drawn up, giving a summary of the actions that were taken, a calculation of the costs and the total fee, and accompanied by substantiating documents as may eventually be available.

Professional

Founded in 2003, the BruCIS agency has accumulated almost 15 years of experience as well as considerable know-how and is recognised by many corporate executives and legal professionals. The human dimension of our business is at the heart of our relationships both within our own team and also with our clients and partners, because we believe it is fundamental to a relationship of mutual trust and successful collaboration.

Thorough

Each application must be legitimate and will be analysed with the utmost care to allow us to advise our clients in their best interests, to define the means to be used and the modus operandi best suited to the situation. Our clients are given regular progress reports throughout the investigations. At the end of the assignment, we prepare and submit a precisely detailed investigation report, supplemented if necessary by photographs / videos and / or supporting documents.

Integrity

All the elements of our investigation report aim to establish the truth and defend the interests of our clients. The investigation report and its supporting documents may, if necessary, be used in a court of law. Our private detectives and partners meet the same regulatory and ethical requirements. They exercise the utmost discretion and are subject to the strict respect of the duty of confidentiality.
